Welcome to my website!  This year I'm CELEBRATING 25 YEARS in real estate and using every resource I have to help home buyers and sellers reach their goals in the current market!

We all know that these are difficult days in our global and national economy.  Things will improve and in the meantime, I'll use every tool I have to help home sellers and buyers.

There is relief for homebuyers since interest rates have dropped to historic lows for those with acceptable credit and money for a down payment.  What a terrific time for a first timer to get into the market as a buyer, or for someone who has been thinking of moving up to a larger home.

I want to help you learn about one of the finest places in the country to live and work!  You're in the RIGHT PLACE to find great information about real estate in Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill, Johnson County, and any location throughout the Triangle area of North Carolina --- and to see some of the most beautiful homes for sale in the Carolinas!

Please be sure to check out the Local Info tab above and please CALL ME any time you have questions about our wonderful area, on 919-818-3450 or click on the "CALL ME" button in the right column. OR EMAIL ME  and I promise to get back to you quickly!  Kelly@Relo-Expert.com

BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON CARY:
Founded in 1871, Cary is a beautiful, thriving community in the heart of North Carolina adjacent to the renowned Research Triangle Park. Tree-lined streets, well-groomed subdivisions and office parks, and numerous environmental accolades attest to the fact that Cary has grown the right way as its population has reached 111,000 residents and it has become the state’s seventh largest community, a community that’s still officially named the Town of Cary.

Cary is currently ranked the ninth safest of 354 large cities in America and the safest in the South, and Cary has been in the Top 10 safest cities in the nation since 2000. The Town’s police, fire, and emergency medical services are all nationally accredited as is its parks, recreation, and cultural resources department.

Being no farther than 20 minutes from major universities such as Duke, North Carolina State, and the University of North Carolina, it's no wonder that education is an important part of Cary life. In fact, more than two-thirds of adults in Cary hold a college degree, and Cary is purported to have more PhD’s per capita than anywhere else in North Carolina .

Other Select Cary Superlatives

The first municipality in the state to save drinking water by reclaiming treated wastewater for irrigation and industrial use;

A perennial recipient of the Tree City USA award because of its long-term commitment to urban forestry;

Recipient of the Outstanding Planning Award from the N.C. Chapter of the American Planning Association for our Open Space & Historic Resources Plan;

The Triangle's "bike friendliest community" and consistently named a National Bicycle Friendly Community;

Now in its 30th year, Cary ’s Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival was 2004 Overall Regional Event of the Year by the North Carolina Association of Festivals and Events and the South Carolina Festival and Event Association; the event draws 50,000 people to see and buy art from throughout the nation.

Chosen as the hometown for the first residential community designed and built by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and KB Home.

Real Estate Tips
First Time Buyers >The Buyer Interview

The first step toward matching you with the perfect home usually involves an in-depth interview with the real estate agent who will help you establish a price range and determine the features that you need in a home.

The agent will ask a lot of questions, and many of them will seem very personal. What is your income and debt situation? Where do you work? Are schools an important factor? Do you have children or pets? Do you have hobbies that will create special needs?

The more information your real estate agent has, the easier it will be to eliminate the homes that will not work for you and show you the ones in your price range that should fit your needs. A good agent can be a tremendous resource in this process, providing you with information about the homes that are available, shopping facilities, community services, and public transportation. The best real estate agents are excellent listeners and counselors.
