Kelly began her real estate career in 1984. A native of Smithfield, North Carolina and a graduate of both Meredith College in Raleigh and Appalachian State University in Boone, she is a former teacher and volunteer coordinator. Kelly has been the Number One Contract Agent with the Number One Team at Fonville Morisey (A Long & Foster Company), a prominent local real estate firm with 850 agents, holding the title of Number One Agent for many consecutive years! Kelly lists, sells and negotiates for her clients. She is skillful at matching buyers to the home they need to sell. A perennial winner of numerous awards, in 2001 Kelly was featured as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “Top 100 Residential Salespeople” nationwide! Kelly is co-author of "Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home," published July, 2005. In August, 2006, Kelly was honored to receive a coveted "Women in Business Award" from the Triangle Business Journal. 

Shelley is a North Carolina native who attended Middle Tennessee State University. Her career as a Realtor spans 22 years.  Shelley serves as Kelly's "right hand" in the daily operations management of the team.  Her wide range of talents and experience assist Kelly in assuring smooth transactions for all our clients.

Rose Mary is a native of Louisiana but a North Carolinian since 1976. She received her BA degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, and her MS from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make the listing process go smoothly for our clients. Rose Mary welcome challenges and keeps her poise in all her dealings. 

Anne, a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri is a native of Raleigh and a team member since 1998. Her extensive experience of owning and managing a family business, as well as handling all the closings for our team for many years, equips her to provide stellar representation for buyers, too. 

Janet has lived in Cary since 1975. A graduate of Winthrop University and native of Clinton, South Carolina, she joined Kelly in 1997. Her experiences as a teacher and community volunteer have given her exceptional people skills. Janet will assist you in real estate marketing or finding just the right home for you. She truly cares about people, and her sensitivity endears her to all she meets. Janet represents both Buyers and Sellers. 

Scooter earned his business degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina and spent 20 years in national and international sales and marketing before joining Fonville Morisey in 1996. He brings his diligence and easygoing nature to fulfilling home Buyers’ and Sellers’ needs. He joined Kelly’s team in 1999. He keeps technologically current and is e-Pro certified for Internet real estate marketing. 

Nancy, an Oregon native, joined Kelly in 1996. Her extensive background in business and accounting is a definite asset in managing the details of purchasing a home. Nancy has the skill, knowledge and experience to make the purchase of a home an enjoyable process. Her care and concern show her buyers that they are her top priority! 

Wayne, a Michigan native, has been a Broker since 1975 and owned a successful property management firm prior to joining his wife, Kelly. He works as a Buyers’ agent and also assists with numerous other important details. His warm, gracious personality endears him to all.
